The New York Strip Steak is full of flavor, lean, tender and juicy! You can broil it, grill it, or pan sear it. The marbling of the steak adds to its robust flavor. Our strips our boneless, making them basically waste-free. This cut is great for a quick but satisfying (and classy) meal.
All beef we offer at Autumn's harvest farm is dry-aged and certified grass-fed by AWA. Our cattle are grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture raised. We never use hormones, steroids, GMOs or antibiotics.
