On-Farm Butcher Shop
At Autumn’s Harvest, we believe great meat doesn’t just happen—it’s crafted with care every step of the way. That’s why we go the extra mile by operating our very own on-farm butcher shop, where we can give special attention to every cut that reaches your table.
After taking the time and care to raise our regeneratively raised beef, pork, chicken, and lamb, we don’t stop at the farm gate. We go beyond—cutting, packing, and freezing in freshness right here on the farm.
Here’s how it works:
Humane Processing – Our animals are first taken from the farm to be humanely slaughtered at a USDA-certified facility.
Beef & Pork – Our beef is carefully dry aged for incredible flavor and tenderness. Both beef and pork are broken down into sub-primals before coming back to our farm.
On-Farm Butchery – Once in our 20c licensed shop, each cut is crafted to perfection. From premium steaks and roasts to handcrafted sausages, every piece is prepared with care.
Chicken – Our chickens are also processed at a USDA facility, then brought back and expertly cut right here in our shop.
Frozen Freshness – All of our meats are vacuum sealed and frozen (never flash frozen) to preserve peak quality until you’re ready to enjoy them.
