Our Beef and Pork are both humanely slaughtered at a USDA butcher shop. The Beef is then dry aged.
The meats are then cut into primal cuts and brought back to our 20c licensed butcher shop where we hand-cut them into their sub-primal cuts.
Our sausages are handcrafted in our butcher shop.
The meats are then vacuum sealed and flash frozen to preserve their freshness until you are ready to enjoy them!
