Frequently Asked Questions: Subscribe & Save

What if I need to skip or cancel?
 You are in complete control of your Subscribe & Save order! You can edit items, skip deliveries, or cancel at any time. We will never lock you into commitments or hide the cancellation button. We don’t like those sneaky practices either!

Will I be notified before each delivery? 
Yes! You’ll receive both a text reminder and an email notification 2-3 days before your upcoming order is set to process and leave our farm.

What free items can I choose from? 
Currently, you can choose between Ground Beef, Sugar Free Bacon or Breakfast Sausage Patties as your free item. These offers may change throughout the year, so stay tuned!

How long do I have to adjust or change my Subscribe & Save order? 
You have until the cutoff deadline for ordering in your area to edit or change your order. You’ll receive an email and text 2-3 days before this deadline as a reminder to make adjustments.

Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders?

Our system doesn’t currently allow one-time orders between subscription orders. Email your one off orders to Tina, our Customer Service Manager: info@autumnsharvestfarmpasturedmeats.com

How do I change my Subscribe & Save order frequency?

Log in and select "Subscribe & Save" from the Account menu. Under the Subscription Details section, you can update your delivery frequency. Options include every two weeks (for shipping), every four weeks, or every eight weeks.

How do I change my delivery date?
Log in and select "Subscribe & Save" from the Account menu. Click the "Get it Sooner" button to select a new delivery date.  This Option ONLY applies to Shipping/Home Delivery Customers and Farm Pickup Customers. Our other pickups are on a Monthly or Bi-Monthly Schedule.

Does the Double FREE Item promotion apply to current subscribers, too?
Absolutely! Current subscribers can "upgrade" to a new double free item in three simple steps prior to Jan. 31:
1. Log in to your Subscribe & Save account.
2. Click the "Change" button under your current free item.
3. Choose your Double FREEbie and click "Update." That’s it!

How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?
You’ll be invited to Subscribe & Save during checkout. At that time, you can select your free item and subscription frequency.

How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save subscription?
Log in to your account, select "Subscribe & Save," and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Cancel Your Subscription" button. It’s easy and hassle-free!

How do I skip a Subscribe & Save order?
Log in to your account, select "Subscribe & Save," and click the "Skip" button. This will skip your upcoming order and move to the next scheduled date based on your subscription frequency.

How do I get a Subscribe & Save order sooner?
Log in to your account, select "Subscribe & Save," and click the "Get it Sooner" button. You can process your order on the next available date within the coming four weeks.

How do I add or remove items from my Subscribe & Save order?

Log in to your account to view your current items in the cart. You can add or remove items at will, and changes will apply to your next scheduled order. Once changes are made, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Any edits made after that email will be reflected in the final order-packed receipt.
