* Grass-fed /Grass Finished
100% Grass-fed/Grass finished Beef. All of our beef are fed a 100% grass-fed diet which consists of freshly grazed pasture and stored grasses (hay or grass silage.) Free-choice minerals are given as needed.
* Pasture Raised
Animals are raised on open pasture as seasons allow.
* No Hormones or Steroids
Hormones or steroids never administered to animals.
* Fed Non-GMO Grains
Free-choice non-GMO whole grains such as oats, barley, corn or soybeans are available to the animals.
* No Antibiotics
No antibiotics administered to animal
* Hand trimmed
Trimmed and packaged in our custom on farm butcher shop
* Vacuum sealed and Frozen (will last up to 12 months in your freezer)
All of our meats are cut, processed and packaged by hand in our on farm butcher shop. Meats are vacuum sealed in air tight packages then frozen. Meats will keep up to 12 months in your freezer.
