This cut is carved from the eye of the fore rib of cattle, and because all of our heifers and steers are grass-fed, you get a leaner cut without compromising on flavor or texture.
All beef we offer at Autumn's harvest farm is dry-aged and certified grass-fed by AWA. Our cattle are grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture raised. We never use hormones, steroids, GMOs or antibiotics.
