Rib Steak is cut from the rib primal of the beef. Similar to a Delmonico/ Ribeye Steak only with the bone still attached. Prized for its flavor and juiciness with generous marbling throughout.
All beef we offer at Autumn's harvest farm is dry-aged and certified grass-fed by AWA. Our cattle are grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture raised. We never use hormones, steroids, GMOs or antibiotics.
