This recipe offers a flavorful twist on traditional meatloaf by incorporating Autumn's Harvest Farm Lean grass-fed and finished ground beef along with sharp cheddar cheese.
Directions
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds Autumn's Harvest Farm Lean grass-fed and finished ground beef
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan, and shape it into a loaf shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is nicely browned.
- Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
- Serve the meatloaf slices with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.
