Cheesy Meatloaf
This recipe offers a flavorful twist on traditional meatloaf by incorporating Autumn's Harvest Farm Lean grass-fed and finished ground beef along with sharp cheddar cheese.

Directions

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds Autumn's Harvest Farm Lean grass-fed and finished ground beef
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan, and shape it into a loaf shape.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is nicely browned.
  5. Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  6. Serve the meatloaf slices with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.
