Directions

Grass-Fed Ground Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 pound grass-fed ground beef

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: red pepper flakes for heat, sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and onions are translucent.

Add the grass-fed ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.

Once the beef is browned, add the bell pepper, broccoli florets, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour this mixture over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.

Stir everything together until well combined, and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like it spicy, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes.

Once everything is cooked through and seasoned to your liking, remove from heat.

Serve the grass-fed ground beef stir-fry hot, over rice or noodles of your choice.
